I had a fantastic experience with Vicky! Her expertise and precision with injections made me feel confident throughout the entire process. She took the time to discuss my goals and tailored the treatment plan to achieve natural, beautiful results. The clinic was spotless, and Vicky maintained the highest standards of hygiene and safety. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will definitely be returning!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and does amazing work! My forehead & crows’ feet Botox came out perfectly, and was nearly painless. The adorable office dog is a great bonus 🥰

First State Med Spa, was the worst unprofessional experience I have ever had, I complained about the filler I received, and Vicky repeated the procedure, two months later the filler was gone, and the filler caused spots and tiny holes, and, blackheads.Vicky told me it should last a year or more, which did not happen. I made an appointment went in the office politely and ask for a refund after speaking with Vicky. Vicky, and the manager gave me the run around about the owner being on vacation, and she can't be reached, but yet Vicky told me she just got off the phone with her, it was a game being played. I was about to walk out the door, and the secretary started calling me names got out of her seat came towards me as if she was going to hit me, I asked her why did she say anything to me I never said anything rude or disrespectful to her or anyone, except I wanted a refund, and Vicky agreed i was not rude to her. This will be reported to the media etc, I refuse to allow this kind of rude treatment cause I wanted a refund.

I don’t usually post reviews because I take them with a grain of salt. Many people seem to use them as a way to bully businesses, but this establishment is absolutely top notch and my experience with Laura, the nurse practitioner doing the Botox injections was what made me decide to post. Pleasant, warm, inviting demeanor, and so kind and patient with all of my questions. She made me feel heard, and gave me all the time I needed to to make up my mind. Her technique was flawless, and confident so I felt very comfortable. She had great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. Don’t trust your face to just anyone. Laura is who I trust with mine. Will see her again soon! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This place was fantastic. I had my consult with Laura and she sat with me and discussed my skin concerns, gave me a very detailed and informative plan for next steps, and what she could do to help. She probably sat with me for like 30 minutes and while i did not choose to get treated during my consult i felt absolutely zero pressure to do so. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. would highly highly recommend. Also they run specials all the time and their prices are really unbeatable.
