After a nearly 200 lb weight-loss, I spent the last few years meeting with various surgeons along the east coast about a tummy tuck and brachioplasty. I'm a very picky patient, so I was searching for a surgeon who produced incredible results, was willing to answer all my questions without making me feel as though they were rushing me out the door, and eased my worries. Dr. Gillespie checked all those boxes and more. Although my recovery was a breeze, I did, naturally, have a few questions throughout the recovery process. Dr. G and his team answered all my questions quickly-- including him personally returning my call twice, which was a nice surprise! In addition, I still can't stop looking in the mirror and the results! I will most definitely be reaching out for possible future procedures. I live nearly 600 miles away, but Dr. Gillespie and his team were 100% worth the investment and travel!

Dr Gillespie’s office provided the best, most organized, and thorough pre-op experience. His skilled hands and eye for perfection crafted a beautiful result with no complications post-op. I never went more than 24 hours with an unanswered question. I would scream a 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a safe and competent healthcare team.
