I just got my brows done one day ago, and I’m loving the results. Mrs. Fia is not only a lovely and sweet person but also very talented in what she does. She brings a comforting spirit that helps ease you through the process. She is also professional and very knowledgeable about the services offered. I highly recommend NOTO and plan to return for other services.

She is amazing! Her space is small, intimate, and super cute & cozy. I went in for lip blush in order to camouflage some scarring. I was nervous, but she was very thorough and walked me through everything. I searched high and low for a permanent mua who I felt comfortable enough with to handle my face. I'm still in the healing process, but amazed by the results. If you're looking for a friendly, personable, and reliable permanent MAU, she is definitely your person. I will most definitely be going to her from now on.

I made the call, spoke to Rafiah who made me feel very at ease. Within a few days, with both of our tight schedules she booked me for my “Powder Brows Ombre’ Brows. The session was personalized with excellent service, an affordable price and a very calm and private setting. For many years I’ve suffered hair loss, thinning and missing patches of hair from my eyebrow. I carried an eyebrow pencil around like an American Express Card. I also used hair coloring on my brows and still had to use my eyebrow pencil because I had bare spots in my brows with no hair to color. Rafiah’s studio was stunning, and very well kept. When my brows were completed, I looked in the mirror and my emotions took over. I was so delighted. The finishing was absolutely beautiful. My brows looked so warm and natural.
