Bay Dermatology

This was my first experience seeing Dr Moon. I normally see Chelsea, the PA. Dr Moon is a wonderful physician. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Took as much time as she needed as I have a complex medical history. The office was very accommodating at getting me an appointment to see her the very next day, when my PCP requested I be seen w/in 10 days. Staff overall has always been very friendly. I would highly recommend Bay Dermatology and have to several friends.

My visit was easy from start to finish. As a new patient I filled out the usual forms when I arrived. After completing my forms I was taken into the room very quickly. Dr. Moon and staff were fantastic. They listened to my concerns, prescribed what was needed and provided sun safety advice as well. Would absolutely recommend. All staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Every step was explained in detail and I felt very comfortable. Happy to have found my new dermatologist!

This was my first visit with Dr. Moon and I have to say I am so glad I was referred to her by patients that see her. She is absolutely amazing. She is very caring, explains what she looks for, shows compassion. Her nurse Alecia is also wonderful. I’m truly blessed to have her as my Dermatologist.

As usual, my visit was very good. Dr. Moon is extraordinary. Her approach is all about the patient. Over the years, I have come to her office with various problems. She has always found a solution. When she enters the exam area with that warm smile, you know everything is going to be okay.

I had a spot on my chest I was concerned about & was pleased they got me in the following day. It was first thing in the morning so no wait. Dr. Moon was so friendly & gentle. She decided to biopsy the spot and asked if she could see my back, knowing that I can’t see it very well. Her nurse was also very kind. I was very pleased!! Hopefully the results are not cancerous but they will call me in a couple weeks with results.
