I am giving Ulta four stars , The young Lady that had all Black on and Black curly hair and Tattoos on her neck came to the rescue she helped me pick out my makeup and hair product .To the young girls that work their that only cater to young people need to realize older Ladies need assistance and Love too. You will be where I am at one day so show some love to us older girls we want to look pretty too.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my hair coloured and cut by Jordan ! Not only is she such a lovely soul, she is absolutely skilled at her craft. I have NEVER had anyone sit down and take the time to collaborate and talk through my ideas the way that Jordan did. The amount of attention to detail is astounding and I look forward to my next appointment! ♥️

New to the area and needed a hairdresser right away and I found Suzy from a Nextdoor post about how great and precise she was, and they were absolutely right, she did the most amazing job on my hair, even compliments from strangers in the store!! She is an amazing hair artist and I have found my forever hairdresser!!

I had my makeup and hair done at Ulta. To be completely honest it wasn’t great. The lady took liberty on my hair and didn’t do it like the reference photo. The makeup was very cakey and I asked for a natural makeup look with a skin tint and no eyeshadow. The artist proceeded to use foundation and use eyeshadow. I was very unhappy and went home and redid it all. But I will have to say the team was very helpful with a full refund and many apologize. They were very kind and so pleasant. The team was amazing!

Jordan is absolutely the best stylist I have met in a really long time. She listens to desires, gives realistic feedback and cares about the quality of your hair! Her passion shows in the quality service she provides, I can't wait for my next appointment!!
