Water's Edge Dermatology - Avon Park

I walked in and the staff was totally awesome right away checked me and told me what to expect. Filled out a little bit of information. Make my payment and I sat down two minutes later I was called to the back and the nurse. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name Was so sweet and told me exactly what we were gonna do. Was there anything else I wanted to look at went and got the Doctor Who was totally awesome. I am really glad I chose him. Efficient explained everything he was gonna do went ahead and did it looked at everything that I had concerns about answered all my questions and I was done and I made my appointment for the next year and I left. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone who wanted to see him.

I got an appointment the very next day I called Wayers Edge and got the appointment at the location that was closest and most convenient for me. From the moment I walked into Waters Edge, the staff performing intake was very accommodating and friendly. The intake process was simple and soon after the intake process, I was in a room and provided with kind and compassionate care for my issues. I will recommend Waters Edge to all friends and family. Thank You to everyone at Waters Edge!!!

Awesome experience. The Doctors, Nurses and Staff are phenomenal!! A little quick to praise. The customer service after my appointment. Follow up customer service has been dismal at best. A simple little thing like paperwork. Did not get the visit paperwork the day of my visit, due to excessive bleeding and dealing with that. I later called watersedge and spoke to someone definitely not interested in helping. Requested a copy of the paperwork be sent to my email or home address that was on file. She told me I had to sign a release. No problem over the phone, right. What is my email and home address on file for??? Identity theft when your files are hacked??? Eventually talked to someone else who said they were more than happy to help. They would be open at 8 am. Took time off work, was at the office before 8. At 8:10 called and was told they were opening at 8:30. Wow!!! Professionalism at its best. Now I am really concerned about my follow up surgery !!! More than likely starting over with a different outfit. Unbelievably bad customer service.

The Waters Edge Dermatology Staff in Avon Park as well as Lake Wales and Arcadia are absolutely amazing. I have not been to the other offices. I’m sure they are as well. Hailey Andres is my doctor. She is the most caring and gentle doctor/Dermatologist that I have ever been to. She takes her time and listens to your concerns and addresses each one individually. Her bedside manner is very caring yet professional and knowledgeable. You will leave there feeling like your concerns have been addressed and taken care of. She will encourage you with whatever problems you’re having and make you feel as if everything’s going to be OK. The whole atmosphere is a very bright atmosphere and encouraging and is a very nice place to go. I would have nothing bad to say about this place.

Excellent. Went to get my stitches out from my ear. The nurse called immediately at the time I had to be there. She asked how I had been doing and cut the stitches out. It did not hurt and she gave me instructions of what I should do and scheduled me for a six month visit instead of one year
