I chose to work with BeautySmart after reading all the 5-star reviews and also noticing they're one of the few Medical Spas that have the Pico laser (Latest most advanced pigment laser for tattoo, birthmarks, and skin spots removal) and at a great price. After calling them on their day off, I received a call back right away, even though they weren't open that day. I was very impressed with their customer service and booked a session with Deana, the owner (after reading her positive reviews) for Pico treatments. When I met Deana, she explained a lot about my case and was very knowledgable about my condition along with all the machines I brought up to her. I also noticed a magazine with her in it at the office and even visited her commercial career website with movie reels, commercials and modeling she was previously involved with, before getting licenses for opening her medspa. After working with her several times, she solved perfectly exactly what I came in for, in just a few sessions, compared to the many I had before from other Medspas, and at a great price. After working with many lasers and medspas, I can guarantee Deana and her staff are very experienced and a big help after all. I now find myself writing them yet another 5-star review and can 100% recommend them to friends, family, and readers of this review. I'm currently looking to work on more procedures with Deana, such as Microneedling to polish up after pico sessions, and Electrolysis for white hairs (something Laser Hair removal can't achieve). A+ for Deana and her staff from a very medspa experienced and satisfied client.

I had the most pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. I had my first hydro facial ( highly recommend this) by the most pleasant young lady named Asia! I also had my first laser hair removal and it was a breeze! Super excited about no shaving 😊 I highly recommend stopping by the spa for a little self care! I went in for a Hydrafacial, asked for a last minute appointment and lucky or me they had an opening, so having been here many times before I trust who they have on staff and on call for any issues. I had Cale for the first time and she was amazing, so professional and very calm, the best facial I've had in so many years. I also got in the room with Cale and asked if she had time after because I realized I also needed Dermaplaning, she was so willing to switch up the order of what we were doing and took care of me so well!
