I have been coming to new radiance for years, and this was the first time that I have ever experienced an issue to the point where I probably will not be back. When I walked in as they always do, I was asked are we doing what we did the last time am I reply with yes-when she was done she says to me I gave you a little extra around your eyes. I didn’t think anything of it until I went to check out and she told me My Bill was $700. Even though I had gift cards for 300 I have never paid out of pocket that kind of money for injections at your establishment. You don’t add extra on your own free will, and not ask me and then expect me to pay for it at the end of my session.
