Dr.Stephens is by far the best Derm hands down when it comes to skin of color! She has such a beautiful and warm spirit. I highly recommend booking with the best! You won’t be disappointed:)

Great service as always. Dr. Stephen’s is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to listen and give you recommendations based on your needs. It never feels like she is pushing products or services on you and provides an economical option for her recommendations. The staff is also really pleasant and respectful. The in office wait is typically really long, but they are aware of it and are always apologetic. So I’d just say plan ahead and block off a few hours after your appointment time just to be safe.

I drove all the way from Broward county to Boca and waited for over an hour for my appointment with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Staff passed in and out of the waiting room and didn’t even look my way. They even quickly came to the front to pick up their Uber eat deliveries. It wasn’t until I walked out that someone came to address me and asked if it was possible for me to wait MAYBE 10 minutes more and they could POSSIBLY have the Dr quickly look over my daughters skin. Absolutely not! Why would I pay all this money for the dr to possibly see me in 10 mins and rush thru my appointment. No respect for the client’s time and an incredibly unprofessional experience! Dont waste your money!

It was always my wish to be seen professionally by Dr. Stephens. I follow her on YouTube and there’s no question that she is super knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Anyways, when I realized her office was about 20 minutes or so away from me, I was shocked and had to book an appointment. Inside the dermatologist office is nice and clean with receptionists who are kind and will take care of you. The nurse was kind and attentive as well! Dr. Stephens is very smart and I felt comfortable. She didn’t make anything super complicated and created a regimen for me to achieve my skin goals. She was very nice and also gave me a gift as she’s on Glow Recipe’s derm board and I love Glow Recipe:) For my first dermatologist visit ever, it was very smooth and I left feeling taken care of by everyone, heard, and confident that my skin goals will be met. Thank you Parkland Dermatology!
