The front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful! The doctor didn’t explain or validate any of my concerns or the medications she recommended well at all. I left with no answers to my questions and feeling confused. Bedside manner was horrible. Appointment felt rushed. When I called to ask about billing, the front desk scolded me saying she couldn’t help me today because they were in the middle of surgery? As if I’m supposed to know that. Unable to get into my patient portal and again, the front desk staff told me they couldn’t help me. Will not be returning here and wouldn’t recommend!!

My experience was excellent! The staff are all wonderful. Dr. Weissman is beyond excellent. She listens and is very knowledgeable with a gentle touch. It was my first visit and will continue with this practice.

Efficient, friendly, and attentive, staff who ensure that all my visits are seamless and pleasant. The front desk team and nurses provided exceptional care with their kind and patient demeanor. Dr. Weissman is incredibly thorough, caring, and attentive to my concerns. Definitely recommend.

No complaints on staff but too much time waiting. I waited 1 hour before I was taken and then many waits for staff in between. I do understand the wait time for biopsy results but obviously you overbooked patients. I had to wait for over an hour for the surgeon after I received the all clear on biopsy. Waiting room is too small and patients packed in. I felt like I was in a factory. The wait time adds stress to the patients who already are stressed about the procedure.

All the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Weissman was not just knowledgeable, but very patient, and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend her!
