After looking for months for a comfortable location to get laser hair removal and a facial I found the ONE. I was helped by Miriam who was AMAZING- she made sure that as a client I was comfortable and that my treatment was successful. I let her know about my prior experiences and my expectations. She did not disappoint. I will definitely return!! Thank you for your service and humbleness. I would definitely recommend services!

Booked on ClassPass. First time I booked they cancelled without reaching out. I was frustrated but I understood because I booked a few hours before but at the same time why have available same day bookings if you’re going to cancel? I booked again a week in advance on my next day off. They didn’t call but sent me an email the day before asking to reschedule for another day and time. I will admit I misread the email and thought they wanted to reschedule just the time not the date, but I’ve never seen a business so inconsistent with appointments. I showed up on the original booking day and couldn’t find them in the plaza. It’s in a office like unit so aside from everything the vibe was not giving relaxation at all. Anyways I called them several times. No answer. She responded in a text. completely unhelpful and unapologetic. I asked her to cancel so I could book somewhere else as it was my only day off and she said she’d cancel on the app TOMORROW. Which meant I can’t use my credits to book somewhere else until my next day off. NEXT WEEK. The app thought I attended the appointment and when I reached out to her for clarification she told me to handle it with ClassPass and didn’t offer any kind of accountability for saying she’d do it herself. So unprofessional, I understand things come up but a business should be more organized in their appointments because most people don’t have the luxury of time to freely reschedule especially when you booked a week in advance. I never write reviews but this one left a bad taste especially since there was no sense of empathy or communication during the misunderstanding.

I decided to do laser hair removal, hydro facial, and a massage by Miriam. I was satisfied with the service received. I would definitely return and will recommend the above services for males. Self-care is important and Vitality Spa made it to my monthly self-care routine. Thank you for prioritizing your customers and keeping your business sanitary and welcoming!!!

Let me start by saying, Sheila Mariam and their stuff are amazing. We have gone to few other places for Lazer hair removal and my wife's skin care treatments and always decide to keep looking until we visit this place. I love Vitality spa! I got the best facial of my life here, Tesla sculpting, and so many other amazing beauty treatments. I will continue to go back every month for my facial and any other treatments I need. The atmosphere is beautiful, and Miriam and Sheila take great care of you through your whole experience.
