I am an established patient with Azul, however, this was my first opportunity to work with Britten for my routine Botox treatment. Britten spent a good deal of time with me to make sure she understood my history. Britten gave me a strong sense that she cared about my well-being and was looking out for my best interest. Very positive experience all around. In addition, the Office Manager Mia, was outstanding. I had provided feedback regarding a past observation and Mia made it a priority to ensure the information was being taken seriously and that I mattered as a person. Both Britain and Mia are tremendous assets to the practice.
