I'm doing 2 stars because most of the ladies were pleasant, but I'm disappointed in the operation of this office. This office is clearly setup for older clientele with endless insurance parameters. I went in twice for the same area on the corner of my nose, and I specifically requested that they zap it thoroughly. Unfortunately the area was not zapped well enough on the second visit, and they wouldn't see me without running my insurance again for the third time for the same area. My insurance only covers a portion, and the excess amount isn't cheap. I felt as though two visits was already over the top for a small removal that could have been same day, so I refused to pay a third office visit. I sent in pictures explaining that there was still need for removal, but I never heard back. I will definitely use a smaller practice in the future for the personal touch, and steer clear of the the money machine business this office has become.

Extremely pleasant experience! The office staff is efficient and the doctors are outstanding. I had an appointment this past week with a doctor I don’t normally use and she was wonderful. I always leave extremely pleased with the visit.

Office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I met with Mirlene who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and felt like an old friend I've known for years. She spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I am confident that I will use this office for my skincare needs

My first visit and I highly recommend! Everyone was pleasant, Bridget and her medical assistant were so kind. Fabulous bedside manner and they full explained everything, answered all my questions and calmed my nerves ;) all around a fantastic first visit!

Everything about your visit will be A+++. Everyone is polite, friendly and professional. Dr. Kurayev is beyond excellent. She is knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to explain everything and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Every assistant has also been fantastic. Everyone truly goes “the extra mile” to make your dermatologist visit a great experience.
