Love this office! As a pale Florida native who grew up before sunscreen was common, I have known I would need a good dermatologist for 20 years. When I changed jobs two years ago I moved to Brandon Dermatology and could not be happier. Pia is great and when I recently went in for a suspect spot she took the time to explain step by step what would happen next and put me at ease. I am happy I found a practice I can trust. DON'T MISS YOUR YEARLY SKIN CHECKS EVERYONE - YOU'LL THANK YOURSELF!

I have been going here for awhile. I have seen Pia and she was thorough and took the time to answer my questions. At my most recent appointment I saw Lexy. I did write down when I signed up for my appointment that I was going because I needed refills on meds I have been taking for over 20+ years but I figured since I was going I'd get my annual skin check. Lexy walked in, talked for about 1 1/2 minutes with me and said she's see me back in 3 months. I asked if I could do a skin check because it's been over a year and she said, we will do that at your next appointment in three months! $50 copay and she spent under 2 minutes with me and refused to do my skin check. I cancelled that next appointment. To top it off, When I got my meds, it said no refills and it's 1 months worth. I feel like it's all Money grabbing. Meanwhile my rosacea is breaking out again, itchy and hurts. I won't go back there.

I've visited last couple times and been seen by Pia for general checkup. She is professional, warm and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased and recommend this office.

If been to this location on three separate occasions. 1) first I went with my fiancé for a growth .. Pía was amazing! She listened to our concerns and took good care of him . He previously had skin cancer and thought it may be coming back . She got it cut off and sent to biopsy. Luckily it was nothing serious this time . 2) I saw Lexy Hazle .. She was by far the worst medical professional I’ve ever been seen by . She was in the room for all of two minutes. She hardly looked at me . I didn’t even have enough time to finish the paperwork, that’s how quickly she was in and out. She didn’t explain anything to me. She has terrible bedside manner. She prescribed me two topical creams.. she failed to explain they should be applied two weeks on , two weeks off. I only found out when I saw a different provider on my third visit today I could have skin thinning along with a long list of side effects from long term exposure to these medications. While it may not of been life threatening, this should’ve been explained to me . Quite frankly it’s appalling that she couldn’t be bothered to spend more than two minutes with me as a patient. When arrived today , the receptionist was having issues with her computer, another one comes up and takes the person behind me . She completely discarded me as if I had not been waiting. I do not recommend this location unless you are seeing Pía. I certainly will never go back to this place . It’s quite apparent they don’t care about patients.

They claim that they verbally inform you that they may bill for additional things after your appointment, but they did not tell us. We got a bill for $132 after we already paid them. There's nothing in writing from them indicating they can tack on charges after the fact. They assured us that they told us, but they did not. They either lied or are incompetent.
