Ideal Image Brandon

When I visited the Brandon location at Ideal Image I had a Consultation with a very friendly gentleman that gave me lots of information and options. The staff is kind. The clinic is super clean and beautiful. The nurse practitioner that did my treatment was very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. It was a great experience for me. I will definitely be using them in future for other treatments.

Ideal Image of Brandon is a fantastic place. It was A one, from the front end staff to my PA, Katie. Heather and Jasmine were comforting, professional and knowledgeable. Katie went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and happy with the outcome would be. After our consultation, we agreed that one of the procedures I was to receive would not give me the results I was expecting, we switched it to a different procedure. The results will take longer, but I will be happier in the end. I would highly recommend this facility!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I was referred by a coworker and I made an appointment on Friday for Saturday and they fit me right in! When I arrived Jasmine & Lisa were all smiles and checked me in and right away and told me about all the promotions right away and ways to get more points! LOVE THAT!😍 Lindsey my tech and she was AMAZING!!! She always made sure I was doing good and talked me through the whole process and made me very comfortable! Lindsey was so amazing and so informative, cautious on the laser levels on my skin, and so friendly we instantlygot along! The supportive staff at the front desk staff is incredible and always able to work with me on pricing quotes for future areas. Great staff and great customer service. You rock Lindsey! 😊

Terrible Experience – They Stole My Money! I had the worst experience with Ideal Image. After paying for services, they failed to deliver, and now they’ve basically stolen my money. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but the manager (Jasmine) who had an angry demeanor to us has been absolutely no help and completely unresponsive. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere where they actually value their customers. Zero stars if I could!
