Nice facility and workers! Crystal, the person who assisted the provider was very attentive and listened to my problems and informed me of the next few steps of my visit. The provider who saw me was also nice and got straight to the point to address my concerns. Really happy with the outcome of my appointment!

Had an appointment yesterday. And everybody in the whole office, including the front office Check-in check out the MA. The doctor everybody was exceptionally amazing. Great friendly, smiling. Willing to help they treat you like gold. Love this facility.

Your staff scheduled my appointment for the Brandon office. I live in South Tampa, and I made the appointment in person in the office during my last visit. They didn't tell me it was for Brandon. I wouldn't have chosen that location. I don't live near Brandon and it wasn't an emergency to be seen. Obviously, it was a mistake on your behalf. The person who informed me at the front desk didn't apologize, and really didn't even look at me. She couldn't have cared less. While she stared at her screen, she informed me when I could come back. I almost canceled. This is extremely poor service. If it was my business, I'd have better training, and checks on my staff. It was a terrible experience.

Wonderful experience with Dr Elizabeth Aziz and Nichole medical assistant, Dr Aziz was able to identify my issues with my skin right away and knew how to treat my eczema, I can't thank them enough for being so knowledgeable and caring. Can't wait for my follow up appointment.
