Wayne Lee MD Plastic Surgery

I visited Wayne Lee Plastic Surgery clinic today for consultation for a breast reduction. While the consultation itself was informative, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of by their unscrupulous business practice of hidden consultation fees. At no time during my telephone conversation when I made my appointment was a consultation fee discussed. The fee was also not mentioned during the consultation. I am aware that breast reductions paid out-of-pocket can be expensive, as such, hiding the fact that there was $100 consultation fee to be paid at the end of the session has guaranteed that I'll take my business elsewhere. What other fees may be hidden that aren't included in the final price provided for the surgery? When fees aren't discussed up front, clinics are treating potential patients like idiots and with immense disrespect. I would have liked to have had the courtesy of the choice to agree to the fee before going to an appointment. So beware of Wayne Lee MD Plastic Surgery clinic. They'll sweet talk you during a consultation and then slap you in the face with the consultation fee at the end. If they're happy to hide consultation fees, just consider what else they may hide from you.

Dr.Lee fixed a situation that three other doctors blatantly ignored and dismissed. I am big on communication and Dr Lee actually listened to me and what I needed to resolve. Dr. Lee is intelligent, precise, caring, patient and excellent at his calling to be a surgeon. I'm so grateful I chose him to take care of me. It's nice to feel that someone cared. He is the best and his staff is excellent.

Dr. Lee performed a breast reduction for me, from a 34J to a 34G. Couldn't be happier with the results. My neck and upper back pain was relieved right away, and my smaller boobs are also lifted which is a nice bonus to the pain relief. They did the paperwork to get the surgery covered my by health insurance. Couldn't have been easier. Friendly staff, courteous doctor, great results.

I had my breast reduction surgery done with Dr Lee on July 31st 2024. Dr Lee did an amazing job i could not have chosen a better surgeon. From the first day i walked in his clinic i felted welcome and comfortable with everyone on his team. I will be using Dr Lee for more up coming procedures in the near future.
