Really!! I’m fired? How about you have some kind of ulcer on your tongue that comes and goes for a year so you decide to get it biopsied. Dr. sings no longer there and at the time there was no doctor in the office so I had to go down to Dr. Reed’s office. The whole experience was bad for me. I was sitting in a chair and they came in and numbed my tongue a little bit and then I don’t know if she was a registered nurse or what but she came in said you better hold onto the chair and jammed a needle into my tongue that was to numb it. You talk about pain wow. So I sat there for a while, fighting the tears and then Dr. Reid came in and cut a piece of it off and kept saying about cancer in the tongue. He said usually when people get a biopsy that comes back positive. So that means you’ll probably lose part of your tongue. And he’s going on and on about how it’s probably cancer and I’m not gonna have much of a tongue left. This is all before the biopsies even to the lab even out of the office! So when I came back, he said everything was good. He was nice and smiley until I said can I talk with you for a moment and make a suggestion. So I suggested not to go into such detail with the cancer because you don’t know anything yet. He about had a conniption. Well he did have one. He said if you expect me not to tell my patience that they have cancer you’re wrong and he said a few choice other things and long story short he said I don’t wanna see you here anymore because you’re not my patient. He got up out of the chair, slammed the door shut and that was it. All I wanted to tell him was a possibility of cancer yes but he doesn’t know. And not to say that you’re gonna lose your tongue or part of your tongue or blah blah blah. He didn’t even give me the opportunity. I think how the whole thing was handled, and his rudeness was terrible. So I didn’t make another appointment when she asked me to because I thought I’ve been fired and the next week I got a letter in the mail stating you’re not my patient. Don’t make any appointments. Find somebody else. First time I was ever fired! I see all the good reviews and maybe he is good but you better not question them or you’ll see the real Dr. Reed . On a sidenote, Dr. Singh’s old practice by law is required to have a physician on staff in the building. It’s pretty sad when they have to send you down the block.

Love Dr.Reed , great Dr. just has a very rude abrasive nurse or medical tech , not sure but she made my experience miserable today. I would definitely go back because of him but if the same nurse / medical assistant is there I’ll ask for a nicer one lol

I just had my first visit with Dr. Reed and I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. I called Suncoast Skin Solutions because I had a concern and they actually had an opening the very next day (not common there they said). Every aspect of my visit was stellar. He examined, explained and counseled! Dr. Reed told me what I had (other doc was incorrect) and made sure I understood what I didn't for every area of concern I had. Update: As it turns out the first doctor was right! As my current dermatologist said, "this is dermatology 101". Thankfully the problem has been solved with a new dematologist.

Dr. O. Reed has been my dermatologist for many, many years. His office is always immaculate, warm and professional. The staff and additional medical professionals are exceptional- knowledgeable in their field, providing excellent service and resources to assist with your care. I have had multiple procedures and all were handled extremely well! Highly Recommend!

Dr.Reed is helping me with my acne. Let me say that he is the kindest, happiest Doctor I've been to in a long time. His staff is also possessed of an equally happy, friendly demeanor. How nice to be treated this well and see good results, too!
