Dr Cipriano is by far the most knowledgeable vein surgeon I have met my legs have never felt better I never thought the blue veins in my ankles would ever disappear and with his procedures they are gone. It is very incredible and noninvasive. This is not cosmetic surgery. This is the real deal that works. He has gotten to the root of the problem in a short period of time.
