As someone who’s new to the area, I was so happy to have been referred to Vanessa at Refresh MedSpa! I recently visited for a consultation and treatment, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Vanessa was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. The spa itself is warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that enhanced the entire experience. Got my first hydrafacial here and was skeptical that it would make any difference, but I love the results right after! The spa is clean, beautiful, and smells great! Vanessa and Alexia are caring and thoughtful about the best treatment for you, and it felt incredibly relaxing. This would be a great gift or self-care treat for anyone! Visited Refresh Med Spa today because I’ve been a long term client of Alexia and followed her here. I was able to receive a service from Vanessa and I only have positive things to say. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the service. The location is amazing. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The staff is super kind and welcoming. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here for any service you might need.

I recently had a two treatments at Refresh Med Spa, with both Vanessa and Alexia providing the services.  They both explained each step of the process so that there were no surprises. They answered all of my questions.  Both of them were very tuned into my comfort and made sure that the procedures that I had done were as pain free as possible.  I was provided very detailed instructions for after care.  The office is very clean, and pretty.  It’s a very positive, friendly, and comfortable experience. I highly recommend it!
