Dr. Yungmann is so kind and caring. He has taken very good care of my 90 year old dad. He is always very upfront and honest with us. All of the staff we've dealt with are very kind and caring.

I had a terrible experience at this dermatologist’s office. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been visiting hospitals and specialists for years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50 PM, but I wasn’t called in until 3:30 PM. After waiting all that time, a staff member asked me a couple of questions for about 2 minutes, and then I waited another 10-15 minutes for the doctor to show up. When the doctor finally arrived, he spent no more than 3 minutes with me. It was obvious he was in a rush and didn’t provide any useful information beyond what my primary care doctor had already told me. He didn’t examine me properly, offer any solutions, or even seem interested in my concerns. It was an absolute waste of both time and money. On top of all that, they charge a 3% credit card fee. This is the first time I’ve seen a healthcare provider do that, and it felt very unprofessional. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who values your time, provides quality care, and doesn’t sneak in unnecessary fees, I’d recommend going somewhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing.

Why didn't you send me an "appointment canceled text", so I could have enough time to obtain the required referral document for you, instead of notifying me in person that my appointment was canceled because I needed the referral document from my general practitioner? Instead, you send me this reminder of my appointment a couple days beforehand, and wait til I get there to tell me you cannot complete my appointment without a Referral, stating I received a phone call. You text me a reminder, but cannot text me a cancelation notice? I would have called to find out why.... Please be more considerate in the future. Your doctor Anne is excellent and I do not wish to go anywhere else! She's amazing!

Everyone was very friendly and professional during my visit. I was feeling faint during the procedure and they were very quick to offer and bring water and a snack for me. They were patient with me until I felt better and could continue my treatment. They were genuinely caring for me as a patient. This was refreshing to experience these days as I see good customer service fading in the world. Thank you to Advanced Dermatology and all of their staff! I look forward to my future visits to your office.

I am so happy to have chosen this office for my dermatology needs. The staff were very sweet and professional. Dr. Yungmann was very sensitive and straight to the point. I felt well at ease and the wait was not long. I would strongly recommend them!
