Advanced Dermatology

I have been a patient for several years and liked this office until today. I received a call 2 days before my appointment, which was scheduled ONE YEAR AGO to say that the doctor I was seeing left their practice and they needed to reschedule. This is poor business management. How could they not have notified me prior to now? At this point, they have no availability during my scheduled time off from work. I do NOT recommend this location any more!

I had my first new patient appointment today with Larry Strauss, the PA, and he was fantastic! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's also funny and made me feel completely at ease. The assistant working with him was also wonderful—I just wish I could remember her name. Highly recommend this team for dermatology care!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this dermatology clinic. When I called to schedule a routine skin check, I was explicitly told that my insurance would cover the visit, and I would only need to pay a $5 copay. I paid this amount during my appointment, but three mondays later, I received an unexpected bill for $585. The bill didn’t even specify what services were provided that day, and no one at the clinic ever informed me of these charges beforehand, despite my efforts to clarify costs prior to my visit. To make matters worse, I was promised an appointment with a dermatologist, but when I arrived, I was only seen by an assistant. This lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest or reliable care.

Most knowledgeable and personable care I have been able to find. They care about your individual needs and how to attain them.

Dr. Dane did a great job. The nurses were friendly and explained what they were doing. Only problem was that I had to wait for almost an hour before I was seen.
