You're always greeted with a smile & kindness from the office staff. I've never had to wait more than 10 min in the waiting area. Dr. Lima’s knowledge & professionalism shine the instant she walks into the room. She is detailed in explaining what treatments your skin needs & patient in listening to your questions & concerns. Her social media videos provide insight on proper skin care routines.

Bay Pointe Dermatology is a fantastic facility offering both medical and cosmetic services. From the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out, the staff is always very kind and attentive. They work as a unit to ensure a positive patient experience. Unlike most doctor's offices, the wait time is short, and the visits are quick and efficient but never rushed. I have been attended to by all the providers in the office (Dr. Lima, Daniella, and Beatriz), and I have had nothing but great experiences with all of three them. At this office, both the providers and the medical assistants take their time to educate you. Whether it's regarding your condition or a specific service, they will always explain the science and thought process behind the course of treatment; this makes me feel comfortable, involved, and at ease throughout the treatment process. They also offer amazing medical-grade facials at this office. I have had facials at other establishments before and have left feeling irritated after extractions due to my rosacea and sensitive skin. Here, the extraction process feels gentler, and you can tell the approach is catered specifically to your skin type and needs. Honorable mention: one of the best parts about this office is its text messaging system! I have used it to make appointments and to communicate concerns directly with office personnel. In this day and age of technology, I believe all establishments should implement this system. It's quick, easy, and super effective! Overall, the office is clean, the staff is beyond knowledgeable, and I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to establish a life-long relationship with a trusted dermatology clinic :).
