Completely transformed my skin!! Ada cares so much about her clients, is so knowledgeable and has the best skincare tips.

I scheduled a walk-in facial with Cle. The customer service that Ada provided was impeccable. Mid facial there was an issue with Ana Franco. She walked in on our facial was rude and started harassing Ada and I. She had to be escorted out by security. Ada and I continued on with the service. Ada is so sweet, professional and helpful. She has recommended amazing products and my skin has seen the difference. I can’t wait to come back for my Hydrafacial next month. My skin has never been better. I also did an eyebrow waxing and I couldn’t be happier. She walked me through all the steps and made me feel comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough.

I loved the cute little space.... But that's all! Ada didn't make me feel welcomed or relaxed or pampered... nothing!. I didn't enjoy her facial at all. She was complaining about how congested my skin was (I have weekly facials! So it's not like I haven't done it in years.) She was annoyed by the fact that it took too long to do "my extractions", so she was 3 minutes late for her next appointment. Therefore, she rushed me out of the room like it was my fault. But the worst part was when I stayed outside the door, answering urgent messages, I overheard her criticizing me to her next client. Very negative experience, to say the least!
