Everyone was very friendly, passionate, professional and very willing to listen to your needs. They meet you where you are to help assist you with your specific needs. I highly recommend Dr. Anna Chacon to anyone who is need of prescriptions. It' much more efficient than getting in your car and spending time driving, parking and waiting at an office to see a doctor. You get the care you need on your time.

Dr. Chacon is very professional. Prompt in her appointments. Very thorough, explains everything very well. She did a sun spot cauterization on my face and I barely felt any pain. I would highly recommend her.

Claimed they were in network with my Aetna Student health plan. Then, they charged me $400 out of pocket and claimed I would receive “office credits”. She tried to push isotretinoin without any proper testing to see if I was a good candidate for this medicine and she would not give me a hormone test (root cause of my acne). Also, during my appointment she had a male assistant in the room while I was not dressed to show my sunspots. I was not aware her male assistant would be entering the room. I specifically found a female dermatologist to avoid this, and I found it extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. I still have not received the refund and they never charged my insurance. Extremely unethical!! BEWARE!!

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday, 9/24, for Monday, 9/28. Unfortunately, my daughter became ill over the weekend, so I called first thing Monday morning when the office opened to reschedule, not cancel, since I couldn’t do so over the weekend. When I asked to reschedule, I was offered a virtual appointment, which I declined, as I needed an in-person visit for a dermatology concern. Despite this, I was charged the full $118 for the missed appointment, and no one had the decency to notify me that my insurance was out of network. I would not recommend this practice—not because of the doctor’s skill, as this was my first experience—but due to the lack of understanding shown. Not everyone can afford to lose money so easily, especially without any notice or flexibility.

Had a great experience with Dr Chacon. Very professional, explains everything in detail. Place very clean and smells fabulous.
