Rhinoplasty Miami: Dr. Marcelo Ghersi

I got my nose done by Dr Ghersi about 10 days ago now, and WOW. I truly cannot believe the mastery this man holds in his hands. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, if not better. My bruising was minimal, healing has been much quicker than expected, and again; the outcome, even mid-healing, is astonishing. I would recommend anyone to go to him who is seeking this surgery. He is the best in the game

The customer service at this office leaves a lot to be desired. There are tons of people booked for the same appointment time, and thus you will be waiting around to be seen even if you have an appointment. Then thereafter the wait will continue as a surgical coordinator becomes available. After two hours waiting, I said I had to go back to work, and I was told I would be emailed or contacted later in the day with the information instead of continuing to wait. Three days later, still nothing and no communication. When you call to proactively follow-up (which I did twice), you are also put on endless holds and never talk to anyone that knows anything about you or your potential surgery. You feel like just another number when you walk in thanks to the deadpan greeting from the receptionist who is unhelpful for everything and can't answer even the simplest questions, and then feel just as unimportant during the wait and with the lack of follow-up. The only positive part of all this is I'm glad I got to experience it as a potential patient and not an actual patient because it obviously made clear how unimportant I am to them and saved me BEFORE I submitted myself to any surgical procedures. Could you imagine if I had actually paid and trusted them to care for me!?! Pretty crazy considering I walked in ready to pay and book a pretty large surgery - luckily they talked themselves out of the sale with their lack of service.

Hands down The BEST Plastic Surgeon in Miami!! Absolutely wonderful! An amazing positive experience! So professional! Between him, his staff & anesthesia team!! I cant Thank you enough for being everything & providing excellence! Thank you Dr Ghersi !!!!!!!!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ghersi and his team. From the initial consultation to post-op care, they were professional, attentive, and supportive. Dr. Ghersi took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! I got my nose done (Revision Rhinoplasty/ Septoplasty) 3 months ago with Dr.Ghersi and I am obsessed with my results. Throughout the entire process him and his team were great to work with at all time. I also got my lips done with Dr. Marcella Valdez and she did an amazing job with my lips! I would totally recommend anyone who wants amazing results!!
