Dr Mauch is a great doctor, he is very thorough with his exams. He takes the time to explain every thing, and is very upfront to tell you of any issues. The staff is so helpful and kind. I would recommend Dr Mauch to anyone.

Dr Mauch was very thorough. He explained what to look for by self examination. He explained what to do if I thought I had an unusual spot. The receptionist was welcoming and very professional . I have had several visits with Lotus Dermatology. The staff is very friendly. Making appts is easy and flexible. They remind you by phone and text of your upcoming appt. I haven’t had any billing issues. I have heard of other doctors removing moles or other skin tags just to be able to make more money. I have never felt pressured to remove something unless it is necessary. I have recommended this practice to several friends already and will continue, too.

Appointment time was on time, this was my first time at this office and the staff was courteous and professional. A good experience overall, I am very fair so I worry about the possibility of skin cancer. The doctor told me what to look for and gave me some samples for possible face lotions.
