I had a great visit! Everyone was professional and very nice. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. Also, the wait time to be seen was only a few minutes. Thanks for showing me what good health care looks like!

Front desk was very personable and efficient. Everyone was great. Loved the doctor, he healed my hands in a couple of weeks, answered my questions and never rushed me. Very happy with overall experience. Would definitely recommend!

As nice as people can be there, I am extremely disappointed that when I asked if the $800+ from my procedure covered everything going forward and was told yes. This was misleading. I was scheduled for a follow up visit that I imagined was simply just to look at me to make sure the surgery wasn’t botched and I figured this was covered under the original cost of my surgery. I was shocked to find out I was being charged an additional $125 at the counter. No one warned me ahead of time that the follow up visit would cost me this, I was unprepared for this, and when I asked to speak to the doctor, who I had just walked away from moments prior, about this matter I was pretty much brushed off and told to speak to someone else. I wasn’t given contact info on who to speak to, it was clear I just was out of luck. I would highly advise this office to tell patients when scheduling them of the costs associated with returns. I’ve been asked to return for yet another visit but I don’t think it will be worth another $125 to be looked at for 2 minutes again. Today’s experience really left a bad taste in my mouth about this company. It makes me wonder if you purposely do not inform people about the cost of visits as a practice to ensure they return.

This was my first visit and it was a great one. The front desk employees were so pleasant and understanding. Even though I misunderstood the time for my appointment they called to make sure I was coming and gave me the time I needed to get there. I had paper work to fill out but no rush was made and they were so understanding about it. Once I got to my room it wasn’t longer before Chris came in and he listened to my concerns then did a very thorough exam. I was very impressed with the whole experience and would very highly recommended them to anyone. Thank you to the whole team.

The Doctor and the staff made my visit very comfortable. I felt very relaxed and the visit went smoothly. At the end of the appointment, I felt that nothing had been overlooked or missed. They are very thorough here. Brad
