I have enjoyed coming here for Botox treatments. Everyone that works here is very friendly and professional, especially Hazel and Taylor. Dr. Porter knows how to do these treatments and will work to customize the best plan for your needs. If you are coming for medical spa treatments come and see Trista. Besides being very kind and welcoming, she will cater a plan that works to your current needs. Highly recommend this spa for your needs!

I've been debating leaving this review for the past week or so, but I was nervous for retaliation by this woman or by the spa so I am leaving the review on my friends google account so that way it is anonymous. I have been a patient here for about one year or so and there is a, dare I say, heavier set woman with curly hair who works up front who is the rudest person I have ever met. I have noticed her talking down to staff and it absolutely breaks my heart. I absolutely love the service providers and feel welcomed by them and they do an amazing job on my facials so i do not want to go anywhere else (hence why i don't want anyone to be able to look me up in the system) but i have witnessed her talk down to other staff members atleast three times... i feel she should know how uncomfy it makes visitors :(

After scheduling my first appointment I was reached out to via text and told that the esthetician’s schedule had changed and my appointment was canceled. The text asked how they could accommodate, but I was ghosted after I replied. A few months later I tried to schedule again and when I showed up to the location the spa was closed. When I called their number, the person on the phone said the esthetician had an emergency and that they would reach back out to me to reschedule. I was then ghosted again. As frustrating as cancellations are, I’m mostly upset with the lack of professionalism and follow through.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR SKIN AND NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. WISH I NEVER WENT HERE. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I got a hydrafacial yesterday with Maria. I was excited because I've gotten hydrafacials in the past and loved it. However after my hydrafacial my face felt irritated and I thought it was just normal stuff. This morning I noticed on the right side of my forehead that there is a raw patch. My skin looks burn and red. Feels irritated. Not sure what went wrong but this is not normal. I've contacted them sent pics of the issues and have not received a response. Not sure I'll return to this spa because I'm honestly not happy about the out come of my facial and their lack of communication. Not confident they know what they are doing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at elements! The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff members are very friendly and informative. I can’t wait to come back to see Trista and Maria.
