As of late, I've had difficulty contacting them by phone to make an appointment. Thankfully I don't live too far so I can go in person to schedule. Just a bit confusing because they used to be consistent about their phone calls.

To be honest the worst experience, they don’t have any idea what is customer service or even how to treat a person. The lady, brownish hair, in their 50’S, glasses. She was literally the worst person to serve or talk to. I was there for my immigration papers, she was so disrespectful, grumpy and no helpful at all. I was waiting since 8:40 to get my appt done that it was supposed to be at 9am, after and hour I was still there and she was talking and laughing with her colleagues, knowing that I was there waiting LITERALLY FOR HER. She didn’t even care, so what’s the reason for you to make an appt if your employees aren’t gonna help your patients, their not gonna be on time or at least pretend caring about the person on the other side of the counter. I have no idea if she thinks that this is the only thing I have to do on my day, cuz is not. Besides I asked her if she can tell me how long was it gonna take, her answer was, with and attitude “is it gonna take time”. Everyone knows it’s gonna take time but I was there for mor than 1h, she could at least tell me an hour or a measure of time. As a phlebotomist you should’ve know that you need to use gloves from the very very beginning and not to touch anything without gloves, but she decided to set up everything without gloves and just contaminated the multisampler needle and tube holder when getting inside the tube.

I called to inquire about finding a civil surgeon to complete I-693, I was told by a female receptionist the first available appointment would be for next year, January 17th. I wanted to make sure I made the right appointment and got cut off by the receptionist stating “Yes, we are fully aware…” I decided to go to a different clinic because of the first impression I’ve received from the receptionist is not pleasant. I was able to have an appointment confirmed for the next day at a different clinic on South Semoran, for the same rate and a way better phone etiquette.

I have never been so unhappy with a place. I went in for help with stomach pains and the doctor had his back to me the whole time. He sent me for x-rays on a Thursday never got back to me till Tuesday and I ended up in the ER. His mannerism is awful. He wants you to come in for results on a follow-up and pay for a follow-up appointment. If you want your test results you have to make a follow-up and pay for them. He wouldn't discuss with me unless I paid again. I didn't get answers from him at all and now I have to go through it all again with a different doctor.
