I had the best experience with this practice! Elena helped me feel so comfortable during the consultation with getting my pilar cyst removed from my scalp! The process was quick and painless and they did not have to shave any of my hair off like the previous practice said they would have to. The surgeon was so kind and comforting with reassuring me it would be a great process! It has been a couple months of healing and you can’t see the scar and the cyst was successfully removed! Overall an amazing experience and I will always recommend this practice to family and friends in need!
I never go there again. Terrible dermatologist. Don’t want to spend time with the patient. Ask stupid questions. Don’t even look at the patient’s skin problems. Keep asking what do you want me to do ?
I was a patient here for a few years. I had an appointment here recently. I reiterate that I had an appointment. I show up at my proper time and the first worker I saw asked me "what was I doing there". I am caught off guard and reminded them that my appointment was made 3 to 6 months ago and this was a follow up. I did not just drive by and stopped in to say hello. My regular "practitioner" was no longer at this practice. I wonder why. I was now to be seen by a regular doctor I never met. The name looked familiar from things I saw in the office. I believed he was the main doctor and never met him in my 4 years of being a patient. I always had the "practitioner" for my treatments. The doctor shows up and asks me. Why am I there. Did my practitioner leave and take my medical records with her.? Nobody pulled up my chart and knew that they scheduled me for a follow up? The doctor never asked me about medications they had prescribed and if I needed renewals. I found out 2 weeks later they were expired. I was still using them. They would not renew one of the topical medications I needed a refill on after I called. I called back and was told about my former practitioner being responsible for whatever happened. I told them there other dermatologists around.
Never saw the doctor but did see the NPs, Jessica, for a skin check and Caitlin, who I'm continuing to see for a skin condition. Both were competent, efficient and have excellent bedside manner. The skin condition is miserable and Caitlin's encouragement and compassion are getting me through this. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes.
I had an appointment at the Clyde Morris office showed up early watched several people come in and go back before me when my appointment time came up she called somebody back before me again. I was a little confused but what confused me more was why the receptionist was discussing me very openly with the doctor explaining why I was there and who my past dermatologist was loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear that falls under violation of HIPAA law I was mortified thankfully nobody knew me in waiting room. I did notice the receptionist referring to everybody as "Babe" on the phone found that to be very unprofessional after waiting 15 min after my appointment time I ended up walking out.Im glad that I did not pay when I checked in online and when I got there I volunteered to pay but the girls told me that they were incapable of taking payments and that I would get a bill in the mail. After sitting there an additional 15 minutes after my appointment time I processed the fact that this is a very unprofessional office and I just felt that I need to seek another dermatologist I would not refer anybody to this place. I should have known when the girl was incapable of taking a payment and they were just going to send me a bill in the mail that I should have left at that point how do you run a business without taking money
