Without exaggeration, Rachel and all the staff at both the DFS and SRB locations are the most professional, courteous and skilled in their field that you will find anywhere in the world, and this reviewer has been all over! Highly recommend. Also the new office is very nice. Be sure if your appointment is for the DFS office to go to the new location since they moved recently. BTW, the online patient portal at their website is very useful for managing appointments and seeing your full records.

PA-Rachel was great! Her staff was very couteous and welcoming as well. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. I was in and out in 45 minutes including 2 biopsies.

I absolutely LOVE these ladies! Rachel is an outstanding doctor and I'm so grateful to have found her. She's always smiling and upbeat and super friendly. She's helpful and explains things well, she listens when you speak to her and answers questions in a way so as not to make you feel like an idiot. She's just truly a pleasure and I cannot speak highly enough about her or her staff. They're just as wonderful as she is. I hate having to wait 4 months between visits. Lol.

Really courteous and friendly reception as a first impression. Staff at the front desk was friendly and explained the forms required for patient processing. Staff in the exam room were really professional and projected genuine concern about your problems.
