Atlantic Derm - Dr. Yvette Tivoli

Dr.Tivoli is such an amazing caring and compassionate doctor. She has excellent bedside manner and she actively listens to you. She’s very thorough and will review the plan of treatment with you to make sure you understand. I’ve had a couple of procedures performed with her and I felt comfortable and was well taken care of. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. Her office is clean and pristine. I highly recommend her.

I was initially scheduled to have a couple of moles looked at but after arriving Dr. Tivoli recommended a full body scan - and was able to do it that appointment; no rescheduling needed. I was very nervous (because of the reason for my visit) but David at the front desk put me right at ease with his genuine friendliness. He treated other patients as though they were family. He spoke so kindly to them and even remembered their names! Dr. Tivoli was very kind and helped to ease my nerves. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I never once felt uncomfortable, rushed, or taken advantage of. No procedures were pushed on me and she spent time with me again at the end of the appointment to make sure I understood everything. For such a stressful reason to visit Dr. Tivoli I am very thankful that I chose her office. I highly recommend Dr. Tivoli to everyone!

Terrible experience. My first visit was great. Scheduled an appointment to freeze off a cancerous spot, arrived on time and waited 40 min unacknowledged to be told they don’t have nitrogen to do the procedure. This is after the doc walked in and had the wrong chart and didn’t know which patient I was. I also had a billing issue with my first visit and while it wasn’t the office’s fault I had to leave 3 voicemails over a week with no response then keep calling to get anyone to respond. Will never return.

Dr Tivoli is top notch. She takes her time examining you, recommends the right treatments, and is very concerned for your well being and comfort. Also had a facial and peel with Whitney in same office and it was hands down the best treatment I have ever had. And finally David at the front desk is also highly engaged and helpful. PS their services are also quite reasonable.

I went into see Dr. Tivoli for a spot that was bothering me and also a long overdue body scan. Good thing I did because the spot was precancerous and it will be removed next week.... I have too much living to do! The Dr. was so pleasant, she explained all as she went about the exam and most importantly very thorough. I felt very comfortable and I am not a Dr. person! David was awesome in making me feel welcome and accommodated me with scheduling and all of the details. Entering the office I was so surprised... It was like a breath of fresh air.... So open, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Atlantic Derm. I will also be having Dr. Tivoli do some lasering which I am excited about...
