I absolutely love this place. Both the facility and the team members are outstanding. My experience with Donna for both laser treatment and Botox was outstanding. I’m going to be a patient for life. In addition, their knowledge base regarding hormone replacement therapy is outstanding. Without a doubt, this is an exceptional facility with exceptional care!!

I have been using Basic for almost a year now. I’ve gotten botox as well as eye treatments and laser hair removal. Diana is amazing and the entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their clients and the place is spotless and pleasing to the eye. Would highly recommend !!

Diana was incredible!! Her technique with lips is so good it doesnt even hurt which is insane because the last few times i had it done it hurt so badly! Overall incredible experience. I highly recommend you check her out!

Donna is a great injector! She's so knowledgeable and explained the treatment process to me. She was also conscientious of how much I could spend and knew my anatomy really well! So happy with the game plan that we created. Can't wait to go back to her!

I have been going to Basis for two years and started with my usual Botox needs (which Diana is of course amazing at) but in the past few months i started trying some of her recommendations for skin and laser treatments. After my second baby I had a ton of melasma and hyperpigmentation and just lived with it but the second Diana saw me after i gave birth, she recommended laser facials and ever since committing to these, my skin has done a 180. I have never been someone to get compliments on my skin and now it is something that gets pointed out. Being able to leave the house with just moisturizer and sunscreen and feel confident is such an amazing feeling and I am so grateful to Diana for this incredible improvement! The entire staff at Basis is so nice and makes you feel super comfortable. Can I see enough great things about this place.
