Great staff, very clean but I think my follow up appointment could’ve been done online. On a positive note, they have very good time management; I was only in the lobby for a few minutes before they called me in. Than when I was in my room I had a very short wait before the Assistant and the doctor saw me. I was in and out of there in about 10 min. Total appointment time 15 minutes. I would’ve gave it a five star, but the doctor seemed a little bit rushed; maybe she just drink too much coffee like I do. She was a very Pleasant young lady though!

If you need an amazing Dermatology office, this is definitely it! Went for my full skin exam with Katherine Hernandez, PA-C and she was nothing short but amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and made me feel heard during my appointment. She examined every inch of my skin and recommended medications with clear instructions on how to use them (which were ready at my pharmacy before I even got home). I will definitely be going back and seeing Katherine for any and all of my future appointments. Additionally, making an appointment online was quick and easy. Staff was nice and welcoming. Location was convenient with parking garage and office itself was modern and clean.

I will recommend them 100% The customer service is great. I didn't have to wait long to be seem. Rhe Dr was ready and knowledgeable about my past services. They had already check what was covered by my insurance so I was able to schedule my next appointment right away.

I do not recommend this place. They scheduled an appointment for me, and when I arrived 20 minutes late, they canceled it. Then, they gave me another appointment for 7:45, only to tell me that my appointment was actually at 8:00. After being there, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. They seem to play with my time. On top of that, they charge a copay and an additional fee for any procedure, which, in my experience, didn’t work, as I am still dealing with the issue.

They're always available. Very attentive and professional. Best dermatology with various options and areas of expertise. Had to make a last minute appt for my daughter with Katherine Hernandez PA-C and they were able to accommodate us. Highly recommend 👌
