I’ve seen many providers over the years, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with a provider as I am with CJ. I am a woman with many issues 👀, but she doesn’t make me feel like I’m a burden. She always listens to me, and I appreciate her willingness to allow my participation in my own care. As a plus, her staff is always very warm and kind. You don’t see that too often in ANY form of customer service anymore. Yes, it can be hard to get in to see her, lol but that’s just par for the course, right? She’s a popular provider. I DID at one point, for a brief moment, establish care with another PCP. Although I understood her busy schedule, I wanted to look into a provider with more availability. I learned I’d rather just wait to see CJ! Good care is hard to come by, and she’s worth it.

Incredible primary care provider. They are so efficient, organized, responsive, all the things you look for in a medical office. CJ is thorough, listens, works with insurance to get approvals done- can’t say enough good things about this practice.

I waited in the exam room for an hour after paying my copay CJ completely for got I was there. I could hear her and her employees aka friends talking about another patient. They were laughing that the patient had to be backer racked. After no response from anyone in the office for an hour I walked past her office where they were all laughing. No one asked me to come back or reschedule. I lost my copayment and will never recommend her or her office again. She could have at least apologized and been professional.

My first apointment with CJ Peterson went very well. I was listened to and helped. My 2nd annual visit I was told that CJ had a family emergency and the nurse would see me. He called me with a diagnosis and did not have any suggestions to address my diagnosis of Osteopenia. As a health care professional myself this was a concern as bone density in its beginning stages can be managed with supplementation and appropriate exercise etc. CJ never called of reached out in any way regarding my appointment or offered additional information. Instead I reached out to familiar medical professionals from Chicago for advice. Last week I had 3rd annual visit. I received email confirmation that it was with CJ Peterson, I was there at the day and time listed. NO CJ, and no explaination. except when the health care providers came into the room I was told "This is am emerging practice and you cannot expect to see CJ with any regularity. That is right, 2 out of 2 times she was absent and no courtesy call or information from the office was shared with me. This may not be the case if you are a skin care patient at this practice, because there is probably more grease in the game. Anyway, if you like this type of treatment go for it. I vote with my feet.

My family and I have had the pleasure of being a member. We have had to wait to be seen but it was worth the wait, because when we were seen CJ takes the extra time for each person. When we were all there together my appointment didn't last as long but the rest of my family needed more time due to health issues. It's nice to know someone actually listens and advises appropriately. I would like to say Thank you. I'm glad to know that there are health professionals out there that still do this.
