Dr. Pennie is not only one of the best medical personnel I have experienced in my lifetime, she also directs a staff and other medical personnel who share her attitude towards medicine & patient accommodations. Makes being a patient a pleasurable experience.

I am so impressed with the comprehensive care I received at Dr Pennie’s office. Most recently,I experienced a dermatological problem on a Saturday. I called the office and left a message. Within twenty minutes, Dr Pennie responded and advised accordingly. On the following day, Dr Pennie contacted me to “ see how I was doing”. She also notified her staff to set up an appointment . On Monday, I received a call from the staff. They ,too , were extremely helpful and professional. I would be remiss if I did not mention that Dr Pennie responded and coordinated this while she was on vacation. I wish to express my deep appreciation to Dr Pennie , her PA Jennifer Vo , Crystal and staff for the compassionate care I received. Dr Pennie and her staff are knowledgeable, attentive and truly go above and beyond for their patients. I can’t recommend Dr Pennie enough. She is an outstanding doctor and a credit to the profession. She is truly the best of the best. I’m so fortunate to have her as my doctor.

We have been going here for years and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The office is clean and well organized, creating a comfortable environment. Dr Pennie is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to listen to our concerns. We highly recommend this office for quality care!!

Dr. Pennie and her staff are wonderful. I usually have my appointments in the afternoon, yet they are always on time. They are courteous and kind. I have had 2 Moh's procedures there and I really appreciate that the entire procedure can be done in 1 office, unlike other places where the excision and the pathology are done in different locations. I did have a complication in the healing of 1 of my procedures, but Dr. Penny was very conscientious about making sure things turned out alright. She listens to my concerns and offers me options but allows me to decide the path. I really value that.

Jennifer Vo and her assistant were very friendly. They both made me feel welcome and would do anything to alleviate my problem. Dr. Jennifer listened to my concerns. She explained options to me and allowed me time to decide. Very nice person. The front desk staff was very friendly. This was my first visit and I will be back.
