I am going to get straight to the point, Dr Cruz takes her time… which is so valuable when it comes to anything with your face, right?! I have been doing injection/ laser face treatments/ etc for about 9 years now- and I would have to say with Dr Cruz’s .background being in wound care-her approach is so much more meticulous. I personally have a facial asymmetry that only Dr Cruz has been able to address!! It looks amazing! And I call her a magician- because she works magic! ✨ thank you Dr Cruz!!

I am so thrilled to have found this hidden gem, and have had such an amazing experience with Dr Cruz. I love that she is kind, patient, very easy to talk to, and explains everything extremely thoroughly. I enjoy her company as well as her services; wonderful bedside manner (that greatly helps my anxiety). My treatment results were far better than what I’d hoped for, having been disappointed at other similar practices in the past. I especially appreciate how she is so honest and conservative in her recommendations. I look forward to being a lifelong patient of hers, and I *highly* recommend Alo Medical to anyone seeking these types of services.

Love love love Dr Cruz. She’s a perfectionist when it comes to aesthetics. She always makes sure you’re super comfortable. Her staff is kind and helpful. Most of all Dr Cruz delivers amazing results.

The facility was clean and professional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My first visit there was a year ago and the experience was pleasant and my results were positive. Dr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the services they offer and the results you can expect. She thoroughly explained all the different options available and gave her best opinion as to what would lend the best results for my skin type an ethnicity. I have been very pleased with my results and the skin care products I’ve purchased since my first visit. Lastly while they are only in the office a couple days a week they are always available and respond to calls and text which has not always been my experience at other doctors offices. I will continue my skin care regimen and future procedures with Dr. Cruz and look forward to achieving my long term goals/results!

I came across ALo Medical on social medial. There services were just what i was looking for , so I scheduled my consult. From consult, the staff are all so nice and helpful.The dr is very knowledgable and patient. She explains everything. I have been in good hands since I started seeing her. As for results… I couldnt ask for better!!! I really cant say enough great things about ALo Medical. I highly recommend!!!!!
