Pearson Facial Plastic Surgery

One year later - I can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Pearson and the incredible work he did on my nose and chin. For years, I struggled with a nose that felt too big, had a noticeable hump, was crooked, and made breathing normally impossible. Now, a little over a year later, I absolutely love my nose. It’s natural, beautifully balanced with my face, and for the first time in my life, I can actually breathe like a normal person. Dr. Pearson also worked on my chin, shaving it down and doing some liposuction under it. The improvement in my profile is amazing—I feel like my chin finally fits my face, and has helped me so much with my lack of confidence. The entire process with Dr. Pearson was honestly better than I ever imagined. He takes his time with you, really listens, and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number. The surgery center he works with was also incredible—I felt safe and well-cared for, even though I was extremely nervous about anesthesia, pain … and really any medical procedure in general. I’ve worked at plastic surgery offices my entire career and I have a family member who is a highly-trained plastic surgeon, so I know what it takes to find a truly skilled and trustworthy doctor. I recommend Dr. Pearson to people all the time because I genuinely believe no one else compares. Dr. Pearson didn’t just change my nose and chin—he gave me more confidence I didn’t think would ever improve. I used to think everyone I talked to was looking at nose while they talked to me … negatively - now everyone tells me how beautiful and cute it is! I’ll forever be grateful to him!

I don’t recommend. For the price I paid my nose job is extremely conservative and not at all what I asked for even after multiple consults. If aesthetics is your goal, find a different doctor! Edit: the office doesn’t believe I was a patient of dr Pearson. my name is fake for privacy reasons, but trust me, the review is real. I drove to the office multiple times before my surgery but dr pesaron only used the original mock-up that HE designed when I went into the operating room. My nose is honestly larger and more bulbous at the tip than before!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I truly appreciate Dr. Pearson and his staff. I needed a second opinion with virtually no lead time and they worked me in and gave me the reassurance I needed. I will definitely be going back to him if I need other services. Just to be clear, he did a thorough exam and let me know my current plan seemed appropriate. I respect his honesty and value providers like him that actively listen and show thoughtful consideration to their patients. I went in panicked and out of sorts and left feeling a huge sense of relief. THANK YOU!!!
