I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Matthew Elias. He was thorough and attentive to my concern, explained the complexities of my situation clearly, and gave me reasonable treatment options. Since residing in Florida I have found it challenging to finding first-class and genuine medical professionals. The clinical and office staff at Elias were competent and efficient. Though they have a cosmetic side of the practice, the staff did not push unnecessary cosmetic dermatology procedures on me which I respect. I recommend Elias Dermatology to anyone looking for a professional and smart dermatology group.

Upon arrival for my appointment, I was informed the wait time was not too long as the schedule was running smoothly. I ended up waiting for about an hour for my consultation before giving up. Waiting room was very warm. Never made it to the consultation had to leave before hand. Front office staff was unable to provide explanation on what the hold up was, and only said the “stuff happens”. If you want your time and appointment respected, go elsewhere!

After being told that I had a simple staff infection by a dermatologist, I saw Dr Elias. He took a sample and it came back basil cell carcinoma. Thank goodness I found him. The office is spotless, the entire staff as well as the doctor were very professional and friendly. 5 Stars!🍷

I recently went to Elias Dermatology for my first MIRIA laser treatment, and I was absolutely "wowed" by how quick and easy the process was. I’ve never had a laser treatment before, but I can confidently say it was fast, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Dbora performed my treatment, and she was incredibly patient, explaining everything I could expect both during and after the session. I experienced only minor swelling, and the results were almost immediate, with continued improvements as the weeks went by. Now, about four weeks into my treatment, I recently went on a trip to Europe with my husband. When we looked at the photos, I could hardly recognize myself! The sagging around the lower part of my mouth had nearly disappeared after just one session. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment. I feel like a brand new woman!

Dr. Elias did a fantastic job with my skin cancer and my Mohs surgery. Despite the large chunk of skin that has to be removed, there is almost no scar. Also had the blue light Done! My face looks 40 years now and I’m much older (age omitted). Tatum and Israel and all the staff are very warm and friendly. It’s the best in Lauderdale!
