Don't use this practice for your dermatology needs. The customer service is atrocious and my experience was very poor. I went in for a common nail fungi infection and the doctor refused to prescribe me the common medication. They charged me 35 at the door, another 107 for seeing the doctor and 369 dollars for toenail scrapings to the lab to confirm what we already knew (fungal infection). A total of 511 dollars for zero help or treatment from the doctor. Then when the results came back positive, the doctor refused to prescribe the needed anti fungal medication and the office did not return my calls/texts for help with this. I had to reach out multiple times and ultimately they tried to require me to come in again for a mandatory visit (aka charging me another 107 for another office visit that was entirely unnecessary). I gave up and went with a much better practice down the street. They prescribed the needed medication day 1. Very disappointed with my experience and it's clear they are trying to submit more claims than necessary for simple common issues.

Natura Dermatology is the best!! My first visit found waiting area peaceful as and clean. Receptionist is accommodating and very friendly.
