Trident Anti-Aging

To start, Christy is my wife, I am Joel Greene (so they can't use that and pretend it's not an actual customer. Terribly Disappointed with Trident Anti-Aging Clinic: I was initially impressed with Trident's team, sales consultant, and services when I started testosterone injections and other treatments. However, after switching to their compounded testosterone cream, my experience went downhill fast. After two quarterly refills of the cream, I noticed alarming symptoms: weight gain, lethargy, and an overall decline in well-being. A blood test revealed my testosterone levels had plummeted to 72—far below therapeutic levels!! I demanded answers and was told the results were accurate, indicating the cream was ineffective. Despite requesting a refund for my last order (since it clearly did not deliver what I paid for), the clinic has ignored my concerns for over two months (ZERO effort)! This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare-related business. Thankfully, I’ve transitioned to insurance-covered hormone therapy, but I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Trident Anti-Aging Clinic. A company's true character shows in how they handle mistakes, and Trident has failed miserably!!

I have had a great experience so far with trident! The doctor was very straight forward with my treatment options and extremely helpful with any questions about them. I have also had absolutely no problems with delivery of my medications. My patient advocate is also super friendly and helpful, all in all my experience has been 10 out of 10!

I love their customer service. They are very compassionate. When I wanted to change my needle type, they sent me needles free of charge and I got them two days later. Their communication is instant. They get back to me right away.

I’ve been using Trident for over a year and I’m extremely pleased and impressed with them. Ingrid is always available for assistance, shipping is very quick and reliable. The pricing for all medications that I’ve been prescribed is reasonable and lower than I’ve seen. I was put through a very extensive blood work up and I was a little skeptical about that but as it turned it was well worth it I learned a lot and it was performed by Quest. I’ve lost about 30 pounds my energy level have greatly increased and best of all my GP is very impressed with my progress.
