I’m 24 & had my Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty Surgery with Dr. Zoran done on June 12th 2024 and it is the best decision I have ever made. All of his staff were wonderful. They were friendly and made me feel like a friend and family and not just a patient. Dr. Zoran was amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything . I initially had my 1st consultation with him an about year prior on February 14th 2023 and after that consultation I knew he was going to be my surgeon. I was still working to save money for the surgery since I paid for it myself so that is why I waited a year. After I had saved enough money I immediately got in contact with his office and scheduled my 2nd consultation which was on June 5th 2024 and did my medical clearance and everything prior to prepare me for the consultation. Both consultations I’ve had with him were amazing. He took his time with explaining everything I needed to know about the surgery. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he did a good evaluation on me and my nose and he created pictures for me on my first consultation so he still had my pictures and did not need to make new ones on my second consultation. I had a bump on the bridge of my nose and it was also crooked from me fracturing my nose when I was younger and never getting it properly fixed and I also had a deviated septum and had trouble breathing due to my fracture so I was extremely insecure about my nose and absolutely hated my nose and have been wanting a nose job since I was around 12 years old. The price for my full Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty was around $9,000 which was extremely good and reasonable. At the end of my 2nd consultation I immediately booked my surgery date which was a week later on June 12th 2024 and I signed all the paperwork and they prescribed me all the medication I would need to help me heal from the surgery, etc. and I was incredibly excited for my surgery. On the day of surgery, I was incredibly excited but also nervous because this was my first actual surgical procedure and also my first time going under anesthesia but Dr. Zoran and his staff were extremely reassuring and did everything they could to make me feel at ease and made my nervousness go away. The surgery and anesthesia went extremely well and it just felt like I took a nap. The healing process was amazing as well. I was not in any pain and had no issues or complications at all. I’m extremely happy with the results!! I finally got my dream nose with a slope and lifted tip , that fits my face and body perfectly especially since I am petite with a small frame/ body and have small features especially on my face and my old nose definitely did not fit and look good on me and I’m no longer insecure with my side profile and my nose in general and I’m in love with my new nose!! I highly recommend Dr. Zoran to anyone and everyone looking to get any plastic /Cosmetic surgery/ procedure. He does every plastic and cosmetic surgery and procedure and he does it perfectly and he is extremely good and reasonably priced as well. He and his staff genuinely cares about all their patients and he cares about his patients and doesn’t only care about money. His patients are more important to him than anything. He always makes sure his patients are getting things done for the right reasons and always makes sure that his patients are getting something that will look good on them and fit their body perfectly. Also all my consults and post op appts. are free and they encourage patients to come to the office anytime for any reason. I’ve seen his before and after results and all of them are amazing & different on each and every patient since he takes into consideration all of his patients bodies, body types and features and will create something custom and unique for each and every one of his patients. I am so happy I made the amazing decision to get my Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty with Dr. Zoran Potparic and I will definitely be getting all of my plastic/cosmetic procedures/surgeries done by the amazing Dr. Zoran Potparic and his amazing team.

Highly disappointed! I gave this office a good amount of money for them to hold until I paid the rest for surgery I paid off more than I had left to give. A good amount of time passes, I decided I would prefer to work with a different doctor so I request my refund they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to get MY money back (a big amount) until a certain person gets back from vacation to be able to release the money back to me! Someone here also told me “Well it’s been a long time since you paid” it doesn’t matter the amount of time that has passed it is my money! Also they keep a non refundable $1k so I’m not even getting the complete refund and I still have to wait for the only ONE person they have here that could do that for me because she’s on vacation. Highly disappointing situation 0% satisfied very unprofessional.

Dr. Potparic performed a facelift, bleph, fat transfers, and dermabrasion on me on September 3rd. Two months later, I am absolutely thrilled with my results! Every time I look in the mirror, I do a little happy dance because I love what I see. 😊 I did my research for about a year and had a few consultations before meeting with Dr. Potparic, but within 15 minutes of speaking with him, I knew he was the surgeon for me. I immediately had complete confidence in him and his experience. He thoroughly explained everything in great detail, and I never felt rushed, as he was willing to answer all my questions. He even took the time to get my pictures uploaded to the computer so that I could get an idea of how my transformation would look. His support staff was just as great as he is. They are all kind and professional. They treat me like a family friend, not a patient. Their entire office seems to work well as a team. Kim, Dr. Potparic’s nurse, is the best. She also explained everything step by step and gave me her cell phone number in case any questions arose before surgery. Another thing that Kim did that I thought was above and beyond was offer support due to any depression I may feel after the procedure. This was offered because the recovery is a PROCESS and activity is limited, so she wanted to stress that if I was feeling off, the staff was there for me. Thankfully, I am already a homebody, so I didn’t feel sad or depressed while stuck at home healing. It is true what they say about the facelift: there isn’t any pain, and pain pills really aren’t needed. The tightness from it was a little hard to get used to in the beginning and did cause slight anxiety, but this was normal. The bleph was painless but itched a lot, and the fat transfers will mess with your mind for quite a few weeks. You have to learn to be patient and not look in the mirror. The dermabrasion is a different story. Cleaning it would take my breath away and make me nauseous, but thankfully, it only had to be cleaned a couple of times a day. That was the most challenging part of the procedure, but I would do it all over again because the results are life-changing. I highly recommend considering Dr. Potparic for your cosmetic procedure. You will not be disappointed!

I’m giving him 5 stars to remind you to also read the low star reviews. This is the WORST dr you can get any service from. His staff is sweet, he sound like he knows what he’s doing but he don’t once you come back unhappy from your botched surgery. You’re just a guinea pig to this inexperienced dr. Please do your research, read ALL the reviews and choose another dr. This comment can save you from misery you’ll be experiencing the rest of your life 🙏🏾 take it from someone who’s going through it. One of my biggest regrets in life was choosing him to do my surgery.

Her and also Kim tops everything off with being persistent and helpful but overall great staff.
