Jessica is kind, thorough, and addressed everything before I left the office for both my initial and follow up visit. The assistants, as well as the front desk staff, are also very thorough and sweet. I’m really grateful for the positive experience and care I received. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Waters Edge Detmatology for many years. Dr. Stone is always very professional and thorough. She inquires as to any issues I may have and answers my questions. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I always recommend this office to anyone who asks me for a dermatologist.

Today for the first time I met Dr. Gagon and I was very pleased with how careful he was and how considerate he was. I intend to ask for him again at my next appointment. I was very pleased with his explanation of what he was going to do and how he did it in taking a biopsy.

I called for a previously unscheduled appointment and was booked in within a few days. My usual APRN Shanna Stone was available for my appointment, discussed my concern with me and quickly treated me. As usual, I find all Waters Edge Fort Pierce staff to be professional and friendly. I am grateful that they were able to schedule my appointment and provide treatment on short notice.

I was the last one in and the last one out for the day, and felt EXTREMELY rushed by them to "get out" of there. Plus it was a half an hour before I was seen. The biggest issue that I had was that (they didn't even go over my blood work results, which is what I thought the appointment was for anyway.) I felt so rushed that I didn't even have the time to ask about a spot on my leg that I wanted looked at. But worse was the person who checked me out afterwards. Not so much as a simple smile, just RUSH, RUSH, RUSH. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. INGERSOL, but the way they treated me was just inexcusable in my opinion. And unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that the office staff were extremely rude. I'm a pretty easy going person, so for "ME" to feel this way was quite concerning.
