Care Dermatology And Skin Cancer Centers

Had the pleasure of coming to the orange city location for the first time I had a great first experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant was great. The specialist was also very nice and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back again for my follow up visit.

I have never been treated worse or had a Dr care less about me and my condition!!! As a new patient, I took all of my previous dermatology records with me and did all of the work with insurance. Insurance companies even tried getting them to do something. I’ve waited over a month for a prior authorization and nothing. I finally went to Alliant dermatology on Monday and my shot is already being shipped 4 days later! They should put a DON’T in front of Care!!!

My husband and I both are patients here, and we love it. The wait is never long. The NP is who we've seen the past 2 visits, and she is wonderful! Great bedside manor and listens to any and all concerns. We find it very easy to make appointments, and the staff always seems eager to help and not grumpy...lol. I would totally recommend them.

Care Dermatologys office staff is great, however their call center sucks. I have never been on hold less than 20 minutes just to renew a prescription for God's sake. Okay so come to find out my prescription plan was having issues trying to do a 90-day supply because the doctor's office will only do 30 days at a time. So I am increasing my rating for care dermatology staff because they bent over backwards to get this corrected. But I stand behind my first comment when I say that it takes an inordinate amount of time on hold to speak with anybody.
