SCAM. My hair looks nothing like how it’s suppose to look. I paid $300 for the “permanent” hair straightening service plus tip but I didn’t get the service I paid for. She refused to fix my hair and she stole $300 from me. She also blocked me on IG when I asked for a refund. My hair was straight and it looked like the keratin worked when I first went to her studio but when I washed my hair the next day, it was not straight at all. I went back to her studio the second time so she could fix it. The same thing happened, it was straight when I left her studio but when I washed it, it still looked like I didn’t get any keratin treatment at all. Pictures show how I didn’t get the service at all from the initial appointment and the second appointment. She’ll probably respond to this review saying the same thing that she told me, that the results were “achieved” and I was okay with the results before I left her studio. I paid for a PERMANENT straightening not a blow out or flat iron that only lasted until I washed my hair.

Had my treatment done yesterday . Washed my hair today at home and I’m in show just dry my hair with warm hair from my Dyson and this is the results ! Incredible. Truly recommend!

So far Mila did an amazing job on my hair! I did so many hair straightening treatments before. my natural hair is curly and now My hair feels so soft and healthier (: She is gentle and took care of me very nice. I definitely recommend 10 stars

Mila is amazing! I was so anxious about the outcome before I got there but was so happy to see the result! Her work is amazing and she takes great care of your hair. She uses clean, organic products with no harsh chemicals like formaldehyde. 10/10 recommend!

Mila was amazing! I had a keratin treatment done & im very picky about who does my hair. She is so knowledgeable, sweet & patient. She explained everything she was doing to my hair in detail. I will be coming back & will recommend her to everyone.
