Serenity Spa & Facials at Hyde Beach House

They rescheduled my appointment from 4:40 to 6 PM and then called me an hour and a half before asking if I can come at 5 PM. Supposedly the person had an emergency which turned out to be a second job that she needed to leave at 6PM and the spa closes at this time, but really it shows the spa is open until 7PM. I was 10 minutes late due to holiday traffic so they refused service when I arrived. Rafa and Gina both had a nasty attitude and I am glad I did not have any treatment. THEY DID THE SAME RESCHEDULING GAME TO ANOTHER CLIENT WHILE I WAS AT THE FRONT DESK. Just hope they will refund since I had to pre-pay. STAY AWAY.

Definitely a 5 Star rating for this spa. We had a quiet, intimate, boutique experience at the Spa in this beautiful hotel. It was such a luxury experience. We felt like we were on vacation. Yvonne gave me a personalized facial based on my skin’s needs. I fell asleep twice…. It was so relaxing. Lonai was so hospitable and added a touch of excitement to our visit. I can’t wait to go back!!

We booked a facial appointment through a link for 02/12/2025 at 11am. The appointment was later confirmed by a phone call. Then we received an email confirmation. We showed up the day before our appointment to find out by the receptionist they never had record of us placing an appointment despite having an email confirmation. She said “ it was never communicated to us of your appointment” She asked us to come back at 1pm which of course due to the lack of professionalism and respect of our time we declined and walked out. Highly NOT recommend this place.

I had a very nice experience. My facial was great. After the facial, they offer facial packages which I bought. They included skin products as well. I think the packages are a great way to maintain my skin on a monthly basis. I highly recommend.

I was there for a birthday facial for my daughter, Yvonne and Lior were very attentive, knowledgeable and sweet. If I lived in Florida, I would definitely return. Thank you!
