I went to visit Dr. Julian Moore for my 6 week treatment. The wait today was definitely longer than my previous two visits. However, I appreciated Dr. Moore sincerity when addressing the longer than usual wait time. He immediately came in and offered a sincere apology. After that, we continued with the appointment and no hard feelings. As a patient, I feel seen and heard by Dr. Moore. Something that I am extremely embarrassed about; he eases all my worries and I trust him. I would definitely recommend. Dr. Moore is extremely popular and I understand that some days everyone may be breaking down the door to see him… you just have to have some patience! He is extremely knowledgeable!!!!!!!

Dr. Weiss is an excellent doctor with a great caring heart. It is a very busy practice and sometimes it is difficult to see and feel the caring heart, but it is there—especially once you get to know him. He is a serious and quiet type because he must keep the office running at full speed. He has taken great care of me for well over a year. I travel over an hour to see him and can say without hesitation that he truly cares and always gives you his best.

The customer service here is top tier! All of the assistants are great but Shay is exceptional! She provided a detailed care plan of medicines prescribed by Dr. Moore to ensure we understood the process of her plan. She went above and beyond the call of duty. As a healthcare corporate practitioner, I understand the definition of the "patient experience" - it thrives here! Highly recommend.

My experience at Hollywood dermatology was excellent. Dr. Weiss and his staff were professional, caring,friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Weiss and Maribel always explained procedures. I was referred to Dr Moore by my hairdresser due to hair loss. Dr Moore is very knowledgeable, kind, eager to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I wish I found him sooner. The down side is the long wait time but once you speak with him and go over your concerns, I was so happy I was able to get clarity and know what is next. It was worth it.
