Terrible Experience - Unfriendly Staff and Outdated Service I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Joseph Selem, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid a similar situation. First and foremost, the staff at this establishment is shockingly unfriendly. I consistently encountered employees with bad attitudes. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills is truly concerning. It's disheartening when you walk into a place seeking assistance, only to be met with indifference and rudeness. My main issue with Dr. Joseph Selem was related to obtaining my prescription. I've been patiently waiting for a week, making multiple inquiries, and still haven't received any resolution. It's unacceptable for a service-oriented business to be so unresponsive and unhelpful in such a crucial matter. This level of inefficiency and neglect should not be tolerated by customers. Another glaring issue is the overall state of the place. Everything feels outdated and obsolete. It's as if Dr. Joseph Selem hasn't kept up with the times and modernized its facilities or equipment. When you visit a business, you expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance, but this place falls far short of those expectations. In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your time and patience at Dr. Joseph Selem. The unfriendly staff, lack of responsiveness, and outdated facilities make it an unpleasant and frustrating experience. There are undoubtedly better options available, so I recommend exploring those alternatives for your needs instead.

Excellent experience!! Dr Selem and staff are bilingual and so very professional. So pleased with the visit, I scheduled a return visit so Dr Selem can take over my special need case. Kudos and my thanks for your professional service and care.
