My name is Tyja. A few years back I got a treatment called QWO and it turned out to be really damaging and the company stopped the production. Although the quality of the product was at no fault of this establishment, they gave me half of my $2,500 back and left me for dead. No empathy, no follow ups to see what they can do to help besides me having to come out of pocket more. I see many med spas that had clients that had damage from QWO and instead of sending them on to try fixing the damage elsewhere, they worked with their client to get it fixed as much as they could. I even had trouble and still have yet to get my medical records from them after signing for the release of them. I have discoloration, severe skin laxity and loss of volume. I got half my money back and was thrown to the wolves basically. What a shame.
